Answer by Laura SIdentical.Answer by I heart avacadosIdentical twins if they share the same amniotic sac. There's the possibility of twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome. The most important factor is each twin having its own placenta and amniotic sac---apparently that is the safest scenario. But plenty of twins share a placenta and are okay too. A shared placenta AND sac is the highest risk scenario.Answer by
