Answer by AmaWhat I've seen on tv is 40 weeks.Answer by Erin LIt is possible, altough most deliver a month or so early, to go even over 40 weeks, but most doctors won't allow it. My friend is pregnant with twins and her doctor said they wouldn't let her go over 38
