How much weight did you gain during pregnancy?
I gained 6 1/2 pounds with my son and I am now pregnant with twins. How much did you gain during your pregnancy(s)? My doctor said I should of gained at least 11 pounds with my son. I am just curious! It will be even more helpful if you can tell me how much you gained while pregnant with twins.
Answer by AngieIt depends on you current BMI. If your BMI is in the normal range you should get between 25 and 35 pounds. 11 lbs is very little
