Exercise during pregnancy

Exercises are always good for maintaining your body fit and fine. Exercise during pregnancy is advised by doctors to all the pregnant women as it keeps your body in a good shape. Exercise does not mean the rigorous exercises which you do on your normal days. It should be light and you must not stress yourself too much. Heavy exercises often make the path of blood flow into crucial areas hence only light exercises are advised.
