What is the best way to take vitex for pregnancy?
What Cycle day to start taking vitex? How many capsules or miligrams do you need to concieve for single or twin pregnancy. Also do you need to take it after ovulation or only before ovulation. I want to know all stories and suggestions.
Answer by PandaIts recommended you take 1000mg a day. You can take it at any point in your cycle. It doesn't matter with this one. You should take it consistantly and I read you will get best results
