Answer by megan_stowYou might be having twin to twin tranfusion, which is where one twin gets more blood and nutrients than the other causing the size and amniotic fluid volume to differ between twins. This is a life threatening situation for both babies and needs to be monitored carefully. But usually in cases of twin to twin transfusion there is a very noticeable size difference and the fluid levels are very different.
