Can you have morning sickness before a positive pregnancy test or missed period?
I took a pregnancy test last night and it was negative. My period is due any day now. Is it possible to have morning sickness before you've missed your period? I have heard that twin pregnancies result in earlier/worse symptoms and twins run in my boyfriend's family.
