I just want to know what a healthy weight gain for somebody who's pregnant with twins?

Only people who actually know what they're talking about.

But she put on a lot of extra weight from not eating rightAnswer by 34 weeks with DelaneyJust 10 lbs more I believe, so 35-45lbs if you are at a normal weight pre-pregnancy.
