My doctor told me to gain 40 pounds with my twin pregnancy. I'm already overweight. Is she wrong?
I'm 5'5 and weight 184 pounds. I'm 13 weeks and have gained 5 pounds. My doctor thinks I should gain a total of 40 pounds! I don't agree. In fact I've visited sited that state that a person with my BMI should gain 25-35 pounds in twin pregnancy. I was in the process of losing weight when I got pregnant and definately don't want a bunch more excess to lose after birth. I want to eliminate
