can a fluid pocket be mistaken for a twin in the early stages of pregnancy?
i am 5 weeks 3 days pregnant with my 4th child. i have a strong gut feeling that it is twins. when i went for an ultrasound at 4 weeks 3 days they said they only saw one but they also saw a pocket of fluid. they could see the start of the fetal pole. could the pocket of fluid be another baby? i just feel different with this pregnancy than i did with the other and i know that all pregnancies are
