I am 28 weeks with twin girls. My heartrate seems to stay in the high 80's and 90's all the time. The thing is when I get up at night or walk to the bathroom or do anything I feel totally out of breath and my heart rate increases. Sometimes its as high as 140. My blood pressure increases with it sometimes but not all the time. My doctor says that its normal but it really scares me. I have panic attacks

Hi, i am 11 weeks pregnant. The pregnancy beagn as twins. Unfortunately one of the heartbeats stopped about 3 weeks ago. The hospital thought that as the babies were in separate sacs that my body would absorb the one that had died. I had another scan at 10 weeks which showed that both sacs & babies are still there even though one has no heartbeat.
I am worried now that i will miscarry and that this will effect the baby that is alive. Any advice

I was wondering if there is any way of "predicting" that you are having twins before the dr tells you? I am pregnant (only about 4-5 weeks) and before I missed my period my breasts were very tender, I am extremly fatigued and sometimes nauseous. I did not have any of these things so early with my last pregnancy. Twins run on both the maternal and paternal sides so I was wondering what the chances of this are, etc.
